Administrative Retainer Plans

Retainer plans are for on-going long-term partnerships at a three (3) month minimum. Retainer fees are due at the time the retainer agreement is signed. After the initial payment is made, retainer fees are billed on the 1st of the month or the corresponding date the agreement was signed.

All hours over your retainer agreement for the month will be billed at the going hourly rate documented in your signed agreement. These hours will be included in your monthly invoice and explained on the time sheet. Any hours not used at the end of the month DO NOT roll over and are forfeited.

If applicable: All materials for your project will be billed to you on the 1st of each month or corresponding date your contract was signed which will be included in your monthly invoice.

Billable Hours: Hourly rates start at $40 per hour. Retainer plans will receive a weekly time sheet at the end of each month.

Additional Charges: Additional charges will be incurred for any materials (i.e. postage, paper, envelopes, labels, etc.) used to complete the project. These charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the type, quality and quantity of materials used.

Fee Schedule: Rates start at $40.00 per hourly billed in 15 minute increments. All one-time project agreements require a 50% deposit at time of agreement or full payment if the project is $100.00 or less (amount to be determined after initial consultation). Remaining fees are due upon completion, final approval and delivery of complete project. Rush Fee + 20% of total project cost will occur for all projects that require less than 24 hour turnaround.
