Delegation Services

This service is for delegating a series of set tasks determined by client each month at 10 hours per month for a minimum of three (3) months. Below is a list of the types of task that can be customized for delegation:

  • Email Management/Filtering
  • Booking appointments with clients
  • Following up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails)
  • Receptionist duties (answering occasional calls)
  • Calendar Management
  • File Management (organizing files using Dropbox, etc)
  • Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)
  • Travel management
  • Database building (eg updating email or contact lists on your CRM)

Executive Package – All Inclusive

$600

This is a vested all inclusive service to carry out the administrative moving parts of the scope of work at 10 hours per month, for a minimum of six (6) months. Below is a list of the types of tasks, but not limited to, for this services:

  • All services in the Delegation Services
  • Weekly meetings with client
  • Point of contact/gatekeeper for all correspondence and scheduling
  • Anticipate needs and take administrative lead where appropriate
  • Leverage BostonFirst relationships where applicable and appropriate
  • Social media management
  • Social media graphics
  • Event management/onsite management as needed
  • Availability to travel (expenses and per diem not included)

Dedicated VA

$25,000

This is the ultimate vested all inclusive service to carry out the administrative moving parts of the scope of work at 40 hours per month, with a 1 year commitment. This package includes both the Delegated Services and All Inclusive Executive Packages. This package is best suited for the Executive who has a heavy workload and complex administrative moving parts.

VA Group Plan

$280 per business

This plan is perfect for the business owner or executive on a budget. Get 5 other businesses/executives and share the cost!

Here’s how it works:

  • 6 Businesses/Executives
  • 8 hours per month
  • $280 per month per business
  • 3 month commitment

If applicable: All materials for your project will be billed to you on the 1st of each month or corresponding date your contract was signed which will be included in your monthly invoice.

Billable Hours: Hourly rates start at $60 per hour. Retainer plans will receive a weekly time sheet at the end of each month.

Additional Charges: Additional charges will be incurred for any materials (i.e. postage, paper, envelopes, labels, etc.) used to complete the project. These charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the type, quality and quantity of materials used.

Fee Schedule: Rates start at $60.00 per hourly billed in 15 minute increments. All one-time project agreements require a 50% deposit at time of agreement or full payment if the project is $100.00 or less (amount to be determined after initial consultation). Remaining fees are due upon completion, final approval and delivery of complete project. Rush Fee + 20% of total project cost will occur for all projects that require less than 24 hour turnaround.
